The Little White House on Jewell St.

So, as of September 9th, 2010-we are homeowners and we are feeling it!

We fell in love with the house, so let me describe it...3 bedrooms, 2 baths, detached 2 car garage, storage basement, large kitchen, & huge back yard for the puppies!  The location is ideal for me & my work, located in historic downtown Liberty, MO!  Built in the 1930's-what's not to love, right? :)

We made a "for the future" to-do list right off of the bat.  It's not bad...really...here it goes!

*Replace flooring

  -Living Room (hardwood)

  -Kitchen, Hall, & Entry Way (tile)

  -Bedrooms (carpet)

*Replace door handles from brass

*Get new ceiling fans (3)

*Paint all of the walls

*Replace porch pillars

*Kichten cabinets updated

*New bathroom vanities (2)

*Powerwash

*Add an exterior garage light

*Install automatic garage door opening system

*Stain & seal deck

*Add shop lights to the garage (6)
*Maybe (maybe, if we decide to get fancy) do crown molding

*New toilets (2)

A bit overwelmed? Us to! Only by the grace of God will we get to accomplish all of this!
